Originally meaning pictograph, the word emoji literally means “picture” (e) + “character” (moji). What’s a Guam? Guam is a U.S. island territory in Micronesia, in the Western Pacific, distinguished by tropical beaches, Chamorro villages and ancient latte stones (stone pillars).
